Culling the Herd

The scientists making up the Population Office share a noble goal—to preserve the future world by controlling earth’s population. Their methods, however, involve eliminating entire cities with a bacterial toxin generated in their lab. When Chloe, a young magazine writer, attempts to expose them, they take her captive. Despite their entreaties to join them, she must escape, bringing with her a sample of the toxin.
