Manfred is fitness freak and founder of 4legsfitness.com. He has completed his PhD degree in computer science but his passion is and always has been fitness and sports. All his life he has been engaged and reached higher levels in sports. Always eager in learning and self-improvement he has prepared for and participated in numerous competitions and sports projects, including martial arts, weightlifting, crossfit, obstacle races, high-altitude alpinism, or motorbiking. He completed various sports and nutrition related courses and certifications. His research and experiences resulted in the creation of the 4 Legs Fitness model, which he describes in this book and on his website 4legsfitness.com.
